TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FESTIVAL PASS

Festival passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The pass may only be used by the named holder. The festival pass entitles the holder to attend as many events as they wish included in the Festival Pass programme. Included events may either be offered free of charge or at a reduced rate. The festival pass does not entitle the passholder to any discounts to events that are not included within the festival pass offer.

The festival pass does not entitle the holder to ticketless entry to events. When purchasing a festival pass you must also book the events you would like to attend to ensure admission. You can do this by selecting the “Festival Passholder” ticket type on the event booking page.  Having a festival pass but not checking out the individual event tickets online will not guarantee entry to the event and you may be denied entry if your preferred event is sold out. Tickets for individual events are subject to availability and we recommend that you book early.

Passholders must collect their physical festival pass from the Push the Boat Out Festival front desk, located at the entrance to Summerhall (next to Box Office). Confirmation emails will not be accepted by Front of House staff as proof of purchase, so please allow plenty of time to collect your pass in advance of your events.  To gain entry to your events, you must present your physical festival pass alongside your e-ticket for your event.

The festival pass does not entitle the holder to priority booking or entry to events, or any other benefits beyond those outlined in the festival pass offer. The festival pass is exempt from all other discount or promotional codes offered by the festival or Summerhall.

Passholders are responsible for selecting the correct pass concession tickets for individual events as we are unable to exchange/refund incorrectly bought tickets or reimburse full price tickets for those who have later purchased a festival pass.

Passholders are also responsible for ensuring that any age or content restrictions are observed – ownership of a festival pass does not allow a child into an 18+ performance.

Push the Boat Out and Summerhall retain the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, you will be informed by email if they are updated after you have purchased a festival pass.
