Festival Pass
Event prices range from £0 to £25 (concessions available) and can be purchased via each event page. However, following excellent feedback in 2023, we are delighted to offer our Festival Pass again this year.
Priced at £50, there are a very limited number of passes which will give access to the majority of the programme free of charge, plus reduced price tickets for our higher priced and more intimate events including workshops, Cocktail Hour and our headline gig with Iona Fyfe and support.
Each audience member must purchase their own festival pass associated with their Citizen Ticket wallet and only one pass can be purchased per person. Once you have purchased your festival pass you MUST book each event you wish to attend by selecting the festival pass ticket type on those events. PWYC events should be booked using the £0 tier.
Terms and conditions apply. These should be read here before purchase.
Full ticketing infrormation can be found below.
Ticketing and Festival Passes
Tickets can be purchased in advance through Citizen Ticket via the link on each event page on this website. Tickets can also be purchased in person during the festival from our box office staff who will be stationed at each venue during the time it is open for festival events and on the door.
We do recommend booking in advance online as many events are expected to sell-out and there is no separate allocation for in-person box office sales, nor is there a difference in price between online or in person.
Prices range from £0 to £25, depending on the event. Our excellent value Festival Pass allows you to access most events for free.
We have a number of events offered on a Pay What You Can basis with tiered pricing of £15, £10, £5 or £0. These are shown on ticketing options as PWYC.
We also have a range of concession tickets available for: students, registered unemployed, disabled customers, senior citizens and children and young people under the age of 18. We offer an additional ticket free of charge to anyone that requires personal assistance to attend a show in one of our venues. Please contact boxoffice@pushtheboatout.org to book a companion ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. An email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
The price of tickets will only be refunded if the scheduled performance is cancelled. In all circumstances, any booking fee is non-refundable. A booking fee of 5% + 37p per ticket is applied where events are not free of charge.

Push the Boat Out Festival Pass Terms & Conditions 2024
Festival passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The pass may only be used by the named holder. The festival pass entitles the holder to attend as many events as they wish included in the Festival Pass programme. Included events may either be offered free of charge or at a reduced rate. The festival pass does not entitle the holder to any discounts to events that are not included within the festival pass offer.
The festival pass does not entitle the holder to ticketless entry to events. When purchasing a festival pass you must also book the events you would like to attend to ensure admission. You can do this by selecting the “Festival Pass” ticket type on the event booking page. Having a festival pass but not checking out the individual event tickets online will not guarantee entry to the event and you may be denied entry if your preferred event is sold out. Tickets for individual events are subject to availability and we recommend that you book early.
Passholders must collect their physical festival pass from Push the Boat Out Festival box office staff prior to their first event. Box office staff are located at each venue during days and times that festival events are taking place. Confirmation emails will not be accepted by Front of House staff as proof of purchase, so please allow plenty of time to collect your pass in advance of your events. To gain entry to your events, you must present your physical festival pass alongside your e-ticket for your event. Once collected your physical pass is valid at all festival venues.
The festival pass does not entitle the holder to priority booking or entry to events, or any other benefits beyond those outlined in the festival pass offer. The festival pass is exempt from all other discount or promotional codes offered by the festival or partners.
Passholders are responsible for selecting the correct pass concession tickets for individual events as we are unable to exchange/refund incorrectly bought tickets or reimburse full price tickets for those who have later purchased a festival pass.
Passholders are also responsible for ensuring that any age or content restrictions are observed – ownership of a festival pass does not allow a child into an 18+ performance.
Push the Boat Out retains the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
