Poetry Jam with RJ Hunter & the SpeakEasy House Band
Expect the unexpected – as long as the unexpected includes poetry, music and plenty of improvisation. This year, our perennially popular poetry jam joins forces with the effervescent RJ Hunter and the SpeakEasy House Band, made up of Robyn Lawrence and Connor Bristow. Come hear them improvise together and, if you’re feeling brave, join them to jam with one of your own poems.
Come along with a poem you’ve always wanted to read with a backing band, or simply to listen and settle in for a night of musical fun.
