Zinnie Harris

Zinnie Harris is a multi-award-winning playwright and theatre director. She splits her time between St Andrews University where she is the Professor of Playwriting and Screenwriting and the Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh, where she is the Associate Artistic Director. As a playwright her plays include Further than the Furthest Thing (National Theatre / Tron / Traverse Theatre), Macbeth (an undoing) (Royal Lyceum Theatre / TFANA New York), This Restless House (National Theatre of Scotland / Citizen’s Theatre) and How to Hold your Breath (Royal Court Theatre Downstairs) She is currently working on a new musical with singer / songwriter Louis Barabbas.
