Sree Sen

Sree Sen hails from India and is currently based in Dublin, Ireland. Her creative works have appeared in Poetry Ireland Review, Stinging Fly, Banshee, Honest Ulsterman and others. She has won the Agility Award by Arts Council of Ireland in 2024 and 2021, and the UCD Maeve Binchy Travel Award in 2020, and she received a Cill Rialaig Residency in 2020. Her debut poetry pamphlet Cracked Asphalt was published by Fly On The Wall Press in 2022. Previously, Sree worked as a journalist with a focus on human interest stories. She’s been published by the Irish Independent, Image.ie, Times of India, Zee Media, and more. She is currently working on a collaborative project to bring together elements of Irish poetry, Indian classical music and dance, and original literary works.
