
Philippa Cochrane
Director of Programmes at Scottish Book Trust, Philippa Cochrane has over 30 years’ experience of working in the arts. She currently leads on the delivery of Scottish Book Trust’s programmes and previously led on Book Week Scotland for over 10 years. She is passionate about the impact that reading and writing for pleasure can have for people of all ages in learning, mental health and wellbeing, and in supporting people's creativity and sense of connection across communities. She is always fascinated to hear about the books and reading experiences that have been instrumental in other people’s lives.
